Este tipo de treino trabalha de forma abrangente todos os grupos musculares, utilizando uma variedade de exerc\u00edcios com diferentes niveis de dificuldade usando o peso do corpo e outros materiais como halteres, bandas el\u00e1sticas, kettlebells, entre outros.
